I'm renting out my studio in Budva for the first time, in the Dubovica Lux area, in a new building. The apartment itself is 22 square meters plus a 7-square-meter terrace with a view of the mountains. Everything is new, made to my own taste. The floor has parquet board in the bedroom and the hallway, and warm tile in the kitchen and the bathroom, walls are white, ready for painting. The apartment has everything for comfortable living, down to the small details. Built-in furniture: a floor-to-ceiling 3-door wardrobe, a bookshelf, a TV stand with three drawers. Built-in hallway with overhead cabinets and shoe cabinets. Built-in kitchen with 5 doors plus a wall-mounted compartment above the fridge. Bar counter, two IKEA bar stools. Kitchen appliances: two-compartment Gorenje fridge, glass-ceramic hob, Bosch oven and extractor hood, electric kettle, Rosmarino blender, sandwich maker, which is also a grill and waffle maker, Gorenje. Several convenient Luminatc glass food containers. The bedroom has a double sofa bed with a body-shaping topper for it, as well as a single sofa bed, and a Persian rug. There is a Xiaomi air purifier, which is very important in winter. The bathroom is tiled, with a shower, and the toilet is Isvea, Italy. There is a mirror, bathroom furniture set, and an excellent 7 kg front-loading automatic washing machine by INDESIT with a spin speed of 1200, which greatly improves washing and drying quality. The apartment is located in a place with clean air, not so hot in summer, a breeze, a small hill, which allows you to be physically active without going to the gym, and less humidity in winter and during rain. Nearby is the Mega Mall shopping center, which has a good supermarket, a children's play area, utility bill payment, a bakery, etc. The apartment also has: Xiaomi floor scales, a good large Hisense 55E7KQ PRO 55-inch gaming TV, on which it is fantastic to watch series and films, like being in a cinema! And playing on PS5 is a pleasure! The apartment has stable high-speed wired internet, suitable for remote work as well as online games. Full bed linen is included. The terrace has a table and two chairs. A dryer, a folding table for work. If you need anything else, I am ready to discuss and buy it. I am looking for good tenants for a long term, preferably a married couple, a child is welcome. Price 450€ plus utilities and internet. When signing the contract, you pay one month in advance and the last month, and upon moving in, a deposit. Please write, the apartment will be available from 08.11., we can show it and sign the contract earlier. I can send photos and video on request, since here no more than 10 photos can be posted, and I have 30.

Впервые сдаю свою студию в Будве в районе Дубовицы Люкс в новом доме. Сама квартира 22 метра + терраса 7 метров с видом на горы. Всё новое, делали под себя. На полу паркетная доска в комнате и в коридоре, на кухне и в санузле теплая плитка стены - белые под покраску. В квартире все есть для комфортной жизни вплоть до мелочей. Мебель встроенная - шкаф до потолка 3 створчатый, книжная полка, тумба под телевизор с тремя ящиками. Встроенная прихожая с антресолями и шкафчиками для обуви. Встроенная кухня 5 створок + навесной над холодильником отсек. Барный стол, два барных стула Икея. Техника на кухне: холодильник двухкамерный Gorenje, стеклокерамическая плита, духовка и вытяжка - Bosch, электрический чайник, блендер - Rosmarino, сенлвич мейкер, он же гриль и вафельница - Gorenje. Посуда - Tognana, столовые приборы Royal prime collection, весы кухонные Redmond Три сковородки Rosmarino (большая, средняя и для блинов), две кастрюли Rosmarino (большая и средняя). Несколько удобных стеклянных контейнеров для еды Luminatc. В комнате есть двухспальный раскладной диван и для него удобный топпер принимающий форму тела, а также раскладной односпальный диван, персидский коврик. Есть очиститель воздуха Xiaomi, что очень важно зимой. Санузел в плитке, душевая, туалет - Isvea Италия. Есть зеркало, гарнитур для ванной, отличная стиральная машинка автомат вертикальной загрузки на 7 кг INDESIT со скоростью 1200, что прекрасно влияет на качество стирки и просушки белья. Сама квартира находится в месте с чистым воздухом, летом не так жарко, ветерок, небольшой пригорок, что позволит иметь физическую активность не ходя в спорт зал, меньше влажности зимой и в дожди. Рядом торговый центр Мега Молл, в котором есть хороший супермаркет, игровая для детей, оплата всех коммунальных, пекарня и тп. Также в квартире есть: весы напольные Xiaomi, хороший и большой телевизор Hisense 55E7KQ PRO 55 дюймов игровая модель - на нём шикарно смотреть сериалы и фильмы, ты как в кинотеатре! И играть на PS5 одно удовольствие! В квартире имеется стабильный высокоскоростной проводной интернет, подходящий как для удалённой работы, так онлайн игр. Есть всё постельное белье. На террасе есть столик и два кресла. Сушилка, стол раскладной для работы. Если вам что-то ещё будет нужно готовы обсудить и купить. Ищу хороших жильцов, на долгий срок, предпочтение семейной паре, можно с ребенком. Цена 450€ + оплата коммунальных услуг и Интернет. При подписании договора вы оплачиваете за месяц вперед и за последний месяц, при заселении ещё гарантийный платеж. Пишите, пожалуйста, квартира будет свободна с 08.11., показать и заключить договор можем раньше. Фото и видео могу выслать по запросу, так как здесь можно не более 10 фото, а у меня их 30.
