Are you still together, but there's almost no warmth left between you? I am a psychologist/coach, with more than 19 years in psychology. Вы еще вместе, но тепла между вами почти не осталось? Разговоры либо заканчиваются конфликтом, либо вы уже почти перестали говорить о важном (или, наоборот, просто шутить на кухне). Накопились обиды, дистанция, раздражение — и все чаще возникает вопрос: отношения еще можно восстановить или мы боимся признать, что они заканчиваются? Я психолог/коуч, в психологии более 19 лет. Помогаю разобраться: 🔹 что происходит между вами на самом деле; 🔹 почему вы снова попадаете в одни и те же конфликты; 🔹почему «просто поговорить» не работает? 🔹 можно ли вернуть диалог, тепло и близость; 🔹 где отношения можно реально восстановить, а где — перестать ждать, что ситуация изменится.
