Help with certificates of no impediment to marriage

Good afternoon. We want to get married, all the documents are ready, but in Bar they did not accept them because of the certificates of no impediment to marriage. Supposedly the ones from the consulate are not suitable, we need to order them from Russia, but we don't have time for that. Does anyone have a contact for a helper on this issue? Maybe in other cities of Montenegro, in Budva, for example?

Добрый день. Хотим пожениться, документы все готовы, но в Баре у нас их не приняли из-за справок об отсутствии препятствий к браку. Якобы из консульства они не подходят, надо из России заказывать, но у нас времени на это нет. У кого есть контакт помогатора по этой теме? Может в других городах Черногории, в Будве, например
